Ownership of Estate

Only by acquisition of estates, we are able to control and stabilized rental fees. It is rather rational for us to invest in better quality renovation, fixtures and systems since we already owned the offices. Our clients will not face the hassle of shifting or if they decided to shift out but wish to keep the current address as their registered address, they can opt for our virtual office packages. We understand the hassle of updating address, reprinting name cards and notifying all your clients and suppliers. Our on-going strategy is to acquire more offices to serve our growing clienteles and to offer more choices.

Stringent Selection of Tenants

Instead of renting indiscriminately to anyone, our primary focus will be unwaveringly on getting the right tenant. We have been always selective of who rents our office. Based on our prior experience, an inappropriate tenant mixture can cause a lot of inconveniences to all the other tenants.

No collaboration with Realty Agents

From our past experiences, we observed that not all Real Estate agents will look after their client's interest as ultimately they are not the users. You have to understand that it's only rational that they are sales-oriented because they only get paid when the deal is successful. Having to serve too many "masters", it proved challenging to strike a balance to be fair. We want all our prospective clients to receive the right information disseminated directly from us to prevent any form of miscommunication or misrepresentation.

Proven Proactive Policy

  • Preventive approach

    We are a believer of “whatever can go wrong will go wrong”. Our air-condition systems, electrical points and IT systems are serviced regularly and checks are performed periodically to minimize any downtime. We also keep an inventory of spares for immediate replacement should there is a failure. We have taken a preventive approach in all aspects. Prevention is always better than cure.

  • Swift response

    In the event there is a downtime, our clients are assured our support team will be attending to it within the first hour of your feedback. Our company does not procrastinate because we didn’t like the idea of being told to wait either.

  • Proactive approach

    Sometimes, things don't really turn out the way you expected. If our clients need to terminate the contract prematurely due to expansion plans, downsizing or relocation, we allow our clients to transfer to a bigger office or relocation subjected to availability. We also assist to lease out the office should our clients require to terminate the contract at no extra cost. This process usually won’t take more than 2 months; of course, there are some exceptional cases. Our clients will receive their full deposit without duress on the day the office is return to us. This scheme ensures all our tenants have a peace of mind when they rent an office from us. Assistance is always there when you need it.

Fair & Reasonable Price System

We are an ardent advocate of quality and price war is never part of our strategy while you can be sure our serviced offices are reasonably priced with no hidden charges. We practice transparency in our pricing so that all clients know what they are paying for.

To compensate for the expenses of the premium service, we have implemented a series of cost saving policies by investing in inverter air-con systems to reduce electrical bills, fitting low consumption electrical lightings rather than cutting costs like having a lower speed internet, scrimping on furniture and other fixtures. We also buy our furniture in bulk so our cost is slightly lower than the retail price. We are able to pass on these savings to our clients to be in line with our mission.

From our observation, a common mistake made by renters, they used Price as the deciding factor which they disregard the value attach to it. The price may not necessary reflect the value they get. Every Entrepreneur takes their business seriously and we take every business seriously. The only way to determine value is to ask yourself what is most important to you and your business.
