Our company owns a few properties in different parts of Singapore, thus we are able to provide services that our competitors are unable to provide as it is not as cost effective. Our clients won't face the hassle of shifting or if they decided to shift out but wish to keep the current address as their registered address, they can opt for our virtual office package. We understand the hassle of updating address, reprinting name cards and notifying all your clients and suppliers. Our on-going strategy is to acquire more offices to serve our growing customer base and our clients will have more choices.

Fully Functional Serviced Office

We also furnish all our offices with nice furniture and ensure our offices are always clean. We believe everyone should have a right to a conducive working environment. Our offices come with full furnishing as we understand the last thing you want is to drag your huge tables, chairs and cabinets along when you decided to move. All these furniture we select for our tenants are the same furniture we use for ourselves. We do not believe in giving someone else something that we do not want it.

No Agent Fees

We manage and do our own leasing. From our past experiences, we observed that not all property agents will look out for their client's needs as ultimately they are not the ones using it. We also understand it's only rational that they are sales-oriented because they only get their commission when the deal goes through. Having to serve too many "masters", it proved difficult to strike a balance to be fair and just.

    Our company believe in prevention is better than cure. Our air conditions, electrical points and internet are serviced regularly and checks are performed periodically to prevent any downtime. We have taken a preventive approach in all instances.

    In the event there is any downtime, our clients are assured our support team will be attending to it within the first hour of your feedback. Our company does not procrastinate because we believe your business operation can't wait.

  • Proactive approach

    Sometimes, things don't turn out the way you expected. Our clients who need to terminate the contract prematurely due to expansion plans or downsizing. We allow our clients to transfer to a bigger office or relocation. Of course, this is subject to availability. We also help to lease out the office on behalf of the tenants should they require to breach the contract. The process usually doesn't take more than 1 month and it is free of charge. Our clients will receive their full deposits without duress on the day they hand over the office to us. This scheme ensures all our tenants have a peace of mind when they rent an office from us.

Careful Selection of Tenants

Most of our competitors are not willing to do this: We choose our clients and evaluate them carefully during the meeting rather than renting indiscriminately to protect the interest of all our clients. A wrong tenant mixed will caused a lot of inconveniences to all other tenants. We are pass the stage where we just want to close the deal. Our current clients are local entrepreneurs and also clients from Britain, Canada, Japan, USA and some parts of Asia.

Fair & Reasonably Priced

Price war is never part of our strategy however you can be sure that our properties are priced reasonably. We are a believer of quality; a price war will inevitably mean we have to take away some services to remain profitable.

To offset the cost of the premium service we provide, we implemented a series of cost saving policies by investing in inverter air conditionings as to cut down electrical bills, fitting low consumption electrical lightings rather than cutting costs like having a lower speed internet, scrimping on furniture and other fixtures. We also buy our furniture in bulk so our cost is slightly lower than the market value. All in all, we are able to pass on these savings to our clients to be in line with our mission.

From our past observation, a lot of people did not consider the above seriously when renting offices and it often caused them much unhappiness and more money to do a rectification.
